Bright Spark Design Competition
Students in my Art and Culture class were given a competitive design assignment for the High School of the Future. The designs were scored and judged by an internal jury and the winning team was offered a place in the 2017 regional Bright Spark Design Competition. Zoe Shields and Claire Mitchell developed a compelling concept integrating mix-use spaces, commercial business, educational experience, and internships.
HS winners Claire Mitchell and Chloe Shields pose with the CCS elementary team who won most innovative play design for the playground design competition.
